Me, Moon, Zirah N Dijah were conducting an interview tadi at Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam (SPA) regarding employment in the public sector. Diz is for our video presentation which include in our module assessment for our course-Principle Of Management.
Diz assessment is 25%, yth have to buat banar-banar...and and its a competition between all the BA students, hope we can win! :)
Our question is:
“In spite of the limited jobs available in the public sector, employment in the this sector is still the first choice for the locals” (Brunei Darussalam Information paper, 2004). Investigate this trend and discuss how HRM plays a role in this issue."
Its a lot of work to do.....interview, distribute questionnare, statistics, report, video....hope we can complete it by 8th or 9th coz its due on the 10th :S
